Party Planner is an Achievement in A Hat in Time.

Difficulty

You need to be in an active lobby with at least 10 other players.

Strategies

You do not need to win or even do anything mechanically, if you join a lobby with other 10 or more players you will get this achievement. This can be easily done by joining a lobby like "peck" which is considered the most active lobby.

A lot of players join during a Live Game Event, which makes this achievement more likely to be obtainable.
