False Detective
False Detective is an Achievement in A Hat in Time. The player can obtain it by progressing through Murder on the Owl Express without collecting any of the Clues.
Difficulty
Given ignoring clues can be a relatively simple task due to how most clues require going off the immediate direct path, progressing through the level and entering rooms with clues only to exit them to progress the time should be a very trivial task to accomplish.
Strategies
One of the biggest concerns for this achievement is not exactly how to accomplish it, but when to do it. Since ignoring the clues results in a loss of 600 points than with them, it can slow down the progress of another achievement Fueling the Feud as well as compromising the likelihood of The Conductor gaining the Annual Bird Movie Award due to lesser points.
One of the best routes to remedy the issue of lesser points is by playing once with no clues for the achievement, then playing again after unlocking the Ice Hat to collect all the clues for points and to unlock the other achievement, True Detective.
